2024 WOMEN IN BUSINESS CONFERENCE
THANK YOU!
The annual Women in Business Conference celebrates, honors, and inspires the success of Holy Cross women in the industry, focusing on career trajectory, professional self-care, career coaching, navigating economic volatility and so much more.
Now in its 19th year, the student-run conference on Saturday, November 2, 20224 welcomed alumnae from around the country, including keynote speaker Joanna Geraghty ’94, CEO of JetBlue, who shared how her liberal arts education fueled her career journey and gave her a global perspective.
Year after year, the @holycrosswib conference continues to be a beacon of empowerment and inspiration for women pursuing success in the business industry.
2028: WIB Committee application
Students from the Class of 2028 registered for the recent WIB Conference are invited to apply to join the student organizing committee.
The application deadline is November 26 at 12 noon. Resume and interview required. Open to the Class of 2028.
5K COLOR RUN AND WALK
WIB RAISED $7K AT THE INAUGURAL 5K
Our community came together on April 27th for a colorful cause, supporting sarcoma cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital. Huge thanks to the 250 students & alumni who ran, walked, and donated! Together, we’re making strides in the fight against cancer.

DRESS FOR SUCCESS 2024
The WIB committee volunteered at Dress for Success, a local nonprofit that supports women’s economic development and independence. They used it as a team building activity to welcome new members and celebrate the leadership of the graduating seniors.

Virtual Library
The Dinand Library has organized a virtual book display for current students who wish to read about women in the workplace, discover various resources and research methods. Students can make an appointment with a librarian to learn more.

Starting in 2006, the student-run Women in Business Conference through the Ciocca Center for Business, Ethics, and Society at the College of the Holy Cross has been an opportunity for alumnae and students to learn from one another and network. The annual event celebrates, honors and inspires the success of Holy Cross women in business. This conference has grown to a year round network with opportunities to connect throughout the year.
